Redbox offers a parcel pick-up and drop-off service through Redbox smart lockers. You can pick up parcels from different areas of the city 24 hours a day.
Redbox lets you choose to receive your packages from a location close to your home or work at a time that suits you, without having to be home to receive the packages or having to coordinate with delivery drivers. You decide when and where to receive your shipments.
2. You can request to deposit the shipment in a locker near you in the case of delivery by Aramex (coming soon)
Once your package has been deposited into a Redbox locker, you will receive an SMS with a unique pick-up code that includes the Redbox locker address and all shipment information. When you arrive at the locker to collect your package, enter your pick-up code or scan the barcode using a barcode scanner and follow the on-screen instructions.
You have 48 hours to receive the shipment from the locker, after that it is extended for three days (depending on the merchant)
Payment is only accepted via Mada, Visa, and Apple Pay cards. There is currently no cash payment service at Red Box Smart Lockers.

After contacting the merchant, you can request a return of the shipment through Red Box lockers. You will receive an SMS containing a unique return code. You can then go to the nearest Red Box point and choose “Return Shipments”, then enter the return code, and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

It is best for customers to collect their own shipments. However, it is possible for someone else to collect the shipment if they have the receipt code. In this case, the customer is fully responsible for providing the message details to the third party who will collect your shipment. Redbox will not be responsible for lost/stolen shipments.
